Panteu: Journal of Primary Education and Learning is a peer-reviewed and open-access academic journal that publishes high-quality research in the field of primary education. Published by SCAD Independent, this journal serves as an interdisciplinary platform for educators, researchers, and practitioners to share knowledge and innovation that advance the theory and practice of education at the elementary level, encompassing both general schools and faith-based institutions such as madrasahs and pesantren. Rooted in the meaning of “Panteu”—an expression symbolizing wisdom and moral reflection—this journal emphasizes the integration of knowledge and values in the educational process. The journal is published twice a year and welcomes various manuscript types, including empirical research, theoretical articles, and case studies. Each submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Panteu particularly welcomes studies from Southeast Asia and the Global South that explore educational development within sociocultural and spiritual contexts. It supports a wide range of methodological approaches—qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, and case-based research—that bridge educational theory, curriculum development, instructional practices, and policy reform with real-world application in diverse educational environments. The journal aspires to become a leading voice in advancing inclusive, value-driven, and contextually relevant education for all learners. Panteu offers open access to its content and is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA) as the optimal license for the publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scholarly works.
